Hello, my name is Brandon Velasquez. I was born in New Orleans, and now live in Guatemala, the birthplace of my parents. I am married, with one child, a boy who has changed our lives. I started working as an english teacher in a native country, so english is a second language, but to me it's my native tongue. I enjoy drawing pictures and writing stories since a young boy, and reading was always a great joy in my life, which i continue to do, as well as writing. There is more that i can say, but this is the most important part. I have a job as co-owner of a decent business, so writing is part-time. I love exploring places and traveling, which are mostly road trips in Guatemala, even though i have gone to other places, usually in the United States, and a few other countries. Traveling is a great experience to learn a bit more about the world and different cultures, but i have still to learn more of my roots and present homeland. So, the adventure continues.
